* We have received reports that the general cargo vessel OCEAN OUTSTANDING (IMO: 9740158) collided with the inland lighter vessel Equilibrium 12 at the outer anchorage of Chittagong, on 14 September 2026.
* It is reported that both vessels sustained damage as a result of the collision. However, the extent of the damage has not yet been confirmed.
* As of 17 September 2026, the vessel reportedly remained at the outer anchorage. It is presently unclear whether cargo discharge operations have commenced or been completed.
* It is possible that GA and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this incident.
